Dr. Stephan Skalnican is a Michigan native being born and raised in Midland. He completed his undergraduate studies at SVSU earning a BFA degree. After a six year career as a graphic designer he became interested in chiropractic after his wife had some amazing results after being under care.
"I'll be the first to admit it, I was a total skeptic. But I saw my wife get better, that was enough to peak my interest and realize there really was something unique to chiropractors and how they help people."
After getting under care himself and seeing a huge increase in his quality of life he toured Life University in Marietta, Georgia. The rest, as they say, is history. He earned his doctorate in chiropractic from Life University and opened a private practice in Brighton, Michigan.
He's very excited to be a part of the Brighton, Michigan community. He's very active in the chamber of commerce and many local events.

Amanda handles everything from scheduling to insurance submission to making all of our clients feel at home. She's been under chiropractic care since she was very young so she truly understands the benefit chiropractic care offers to people of all ages.

Katie takes care of the office in the afternoons making sure everything is running smoothly. When she was 12 she began having sports related back and neck issues. Chiropractic helped relieve her back and neck pain but what she didn't expect was how chiropractic helped her body simply work better. When not at KOR Kaite is studying to be a dental assistant and has a true passion for helping others.
Jenn - Licensed Massage Therapist
Jenn attended Irene’s Myomassology Institute and graduated in September of 2012. Jenn has learned many massage techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release therapy, sports massage, positional release therapy, level one Reiki, therapeutic headache relief, and many more modalities. She has taken introduction classes for lymphatic drainage, and crainosacral therapies, and looks to continue her education in both of those advanced modalities.
Shirley - Licensed Massage Therapist
Shirley comes from a history of caring for people. As a nurse for years she's always enjoyed helping others. As a licensed massage therapist she's able to continue doing what she's always loved doing, serving others. Shirley is a recent graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute and excited to share her therapeutic talents with others.
